Lessen your “bad hair days.”

Does your hair type fall under one of these characteristics?

  • Curly either tight or loose curls, easy- tangled, big volume, short, long, thick or thin.
  • Straight has no form to it, tangle-free, extremely flat, and short or long
  • Frizzy a combination of curly with straight hair, uncontrollable, tangled and has volume.

Do you feel upset and feel that there isn’t any solution? Well, stop there are many ways to prevent these feelings which causes bad hair day.

1.)    Make sure you wash your hair every other day. It’s not healthy for your hair to be washed every single day or especially twice a day that takes away the oils that your hair needs. If you do this you will lose hair, it will thin out and will become damaged.

2.)    Maybe it’s time for a change. Change the kind of shampoo and conditioner you’ve been using. You should be changing this at least every three months.

3.)    Use baking soda when you are planning to wash your hair. First, put shampoo onto the palm of your hand and mix it with a dime size baking soda.

4.)    Brush your hair at least every night because if you let your hair tangle it will become a mess and keep in all of the oils.

5.)    Switch up your hairstyles at least every day. Try new things either putting it up in a bun, ponytail, side bun or even a side braid. Volume won’t hurt.

6.)    If you are running late or just simply don’t want to wash your hair that day, dry shampoo will be your best friend for that day.

7.)    Avoid exposing your hair to heat. Once in a while won’t hurt but if it’s over done with heat then it will be damaged.

8.)    You girls would love this one! Massage your hair regularly which is another kind of treatment to your hair.

It will take time to gte used to doing these things but at the end you will lessen your bad hair days for good.
